I like shopping on Esty for many reasons but if I had to limit it to just one it would be dealing with shop owners who care about what they sell. BeachWoodKreations is probably one of the best examples of this. The owner, Jim, contacted me after my purchase to be sure the color choice I picked was correct and he made recommendations for a different color which ended up being better. Jim also sent me photos before shipping to make sure all was good. Obviously, you won’t get that level of service on large sites, like Amazon, and there might even be sellers on Esty whose customer service is minimal. My experience so far with Esty says the odds are in your favor you will get exceptional customer service and this is especially true of BeachWoodKreations.
